Custom Wire Decking Accessories
Let Vertical Storage Systems transform your pallet rack into a complete storage system with wire decking. Wire decking greatly improves the safety and efficiency of new and existing pallet rack installations. The high strength steel construction provides an excellent surface for varying size loads. Easily installed, it requires minimum maintenance and is much more durable than wood.
Cantilever
Achieve efficient, organized storage of longer oddly-sized materials. Available in a wide variety of sizes and capabilities, Steel King’s standard duty cantilever racks present an assortment of storage solutions. Choose any style for simple installation, low maintenance and rugged operation.
Pallet Flow
Pallet flow systems are driven by gravity. It is perfect for fast-moving product with first-in/first-out stock rotation. Heavy-duty skate wheels on sloped shelves let palletized loads flow forward for picking. The high-density storage utilizes space with fewer aisles.
Pushback
Pushback systems work by putting pallet loads on a series of nesting carts. As a pallet is loaded from the front, it pushes the pallet behind it back one position. When it is time to unload, the front pallet is removed and the rear pallets come forward to the front picking position, automatically. Heavy-duty skate wheels on sloped shelves let palletized loads flow forward for picking. The high-density storage utilizes space with fewer aisles.
Drive In/Drive Out
Pallets are placed on rails that run the depth of the rack. Drive-In: Load and retrieve from same side (LIPO). Drive-Thru: Load from one side and unload from the other (FIFO).
Structural
The structural pallet rack option adds durablity to Drive-in systems, Pushback rack and heavily abused selective rack. Hot rolled channel column sections are punched on 4” centers for vertical beam adjustment on 2” centers.
